Northlane have moved their seventh album Anemoia from October 30 to November 27, 2026, and shifted the Melbourne listening party to November 20. Guitarist/vocalist Josh Smith requires immediate medical intervention, prompting the Australia/New Zealand tour to be rescheduled for May 2027; existing tickets remain valid. The band released the new single “Deathwish” early with a visualizer.

According to ThePRP.

Northlane have announced schedule changes for their upcoming releases and tours: the band moved their seventh studio album Anemoia from October 30 to November 27, 2026, and rescheduled the Melbourne listening party to November 20 – the band said attendees would be the first to hear the album in full. The update was published by the band and reported by ThePRP.

The band’s statement attributes the changes to production delays and a significant, rapidly worsening chronic health condition affecting guitarist/vocalist Josh Smith, who now requires immediate intervention and will be unable to travel or perform. As a result, the Australia/New Zealand dates have been pushed to May 2027; the band says all existing tickets will remain valid and that exact May dates will be announced soon.

Northlane also released the new single “Deathwish” ahead of the album and published a visualizer for the track. The group added that their UK/EU tour with Dayseeker later this year and their North American headline run early next year remain scheduled to go ahead as planned – details are drawn from the band’s public statement as reported by ThePRP.
