Manager Rod Smallwood said Iron Maiden are 'built for touring' and that he plans shows at least two, maybe three years ahead; the band has just finished the Latin American leg of the Run For Your Lives tour and is reported to return to North America in 2027.

According to Blabbermouth.

In an interview with Chile's Radio Futuro transcribed by Blabbermouth, longtime Iron Maiden manager Rod Smallwood said the band is "built for touring" and that he plans touring "two – certainly two years ahead, maybe three." His remarks came after the band completed the Latin American leg of the Run For Your Lives world tour, which celebrates Maiden's 50th anniversary.

Blabbermouth’s report lists career metrics: more than 100 million records sold, roughly 2,500 shows across 64 countries and 17 studio albums, five of which reached No. 1 in the U.K. Smallwood emphasized that members balance side projects with Maiden commitments and that their most recent LP, Senjutsu (2021), reached No. 3 in the United States.

The item confirms Iron Maiden will return to North America in 2027 for a third and final leg of the Run For Your Lives tour, concluding with headline appearances at the Sonic Temple and Boardwalk Rock festivals. It also notes Smallwood received an OBE in June 2026 for services to music and charity. Fans should follow the band's official channels for confirmed dates and ticketing.
