BURN ETERNAL announces self‑titled debut for February 26; lyric video released

BURN ETERNAL, the new project from vocalist Howard Jones and guitarist/producer Adam Dutkiewicz, will release a self‑titled debut album on February 26 via Metal Blade. The announcement was accompanied by a lyric video for the lead single "Wounds I've Made."

The record lists nine tracks: 01. Wounds I've Made; 02. No Escape; 03. Blackheart; 04. To Bear the Cross; 05. Scared of Shadows; 06. Bitter Pill; 07. Learning to Let Go; 08. Born Again; 09. Fell Silent. Multiple vinyl variants are planned worldwide, including TalkShopLive and Metal Injection editions.

The project is presented as a duo of Jones and Dutkiewicz; Dutkiewicz has said the music “sounds a bit like KILLSWITCH” because of his songwriting voice. Work on the album extended over several years – the effort was mixed in December 2024 – and Dutkiewicz noted that "Wounds I've Made" was one of the first songs he wrote for the project, about six years ago.

The announcement provides concrete details fans can verify in the release: a firm release date on Metal Blade, a lead single with a lyric video to preview the sound, a complete nine‑song tracklist, and information about planned vinyl pressings.
